Introduction

The world, our world has evolved where the majority of the human population believes that they are above nature and their goal is to subdue and control it, because we are the superior living organism capable of independent thought and our actions are not just instinctive.  We have the power of reason and superior intellect compared to any other living organism. In the words of DR Roger Williams, discoverer of Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) ‘man has conceived the  idea that it is our prerogative and destiny to conquer and control nature following a ‘false prophet’, and forgetting the words of Francis Bacon (1561-1626) a philosopher, scientist and the father of empiricism:

‘We command nature only by obeying her.’

Furthermore Albert Schweitzer (1875-1965) theologian,philosopher and physician also stated that :

                               

‘The deeper we look into nature, the more we recognise that it is full of life and the more profoundly we think about it, the more we know that we are united with all life that is in nature’

Living in vast metropolis, fast living, complete with high technology at our fingertips holding the power of life or death with advanced weaponry, accumulating vast amounts of cash, walking over bodies to succeed, taking instead of giving, empire builders that have become ‘movers’ and ‘shakers’ commanding dominion over their fellow men. What has this achieved, except to move further away from the very thing that provides health (not wealth) and happiness, nature and all its beauty.  I know this is deeply philosophical but look at the modern world.  

Our food supply is poisonous, our health care has become murder incorporated, our soils are depleted and poisoned, the animals that we share the planet with are hunted and butchered, and not through necessity for survival, like the plains North American Indian who hunted the buffalo. The modern industrial farming operations have moved away from the ‘way of life’ family farms treating the livestock as a commodity, dis-respecting their very existence and without feeling making them sick by injecting poisons to increase their yield. Pharmaceutical companies now wield so much influential and monetary power they govern the government and agencies that were founded to protect us.

Thankfully there are like minded people and corporations that are attempting to put society back on track and inform those that have been hijacked and brainwashed into thinking that our protectorates and services (conventional, health care, processed, fast food, and industrial farming) will provide us with an acceptable quality of life, disease free.  That is just not going to happen..so you had better wake up and realise that our bodies can only thrive and survive with longevity and an acceptable quality of life, if we all provide the body with fuel that the body was designed for. I am tired of reading about ‘age related ‘ problems ..arthritis,dementia, cancer, fragile bones etc, All of these ‘ailments’ can either be prevented or reversed, but it appears that people are convinced that this what is expected and we all have to suck it up and endure.  We’ll I got news for you, YOU DON’T HAVE TO, my advice is to avoid health care unless you have been run over by a bus, change your lifestyle and avoid food that had been prepared for you by a corporation and eat the food that your body was designed for and take all 90 essential nutrients DAILY.    If you still have problems then I will help your doctor find the mutant gene…lol.

Nutrients from Our Food

Most believe, including allopathic conventional physicians that we get all nutrients that we need from food.  This ‘swan song’ is played out, and has become fictitious.  Because agriculture has become industrialized, and soils are overworked (agriculture as it was and farmers that understood the land knew that patches of land could be used to grow crops for 6 years and then left for a year to replenish the soils natural growing habitat in terms of nutrients and healthy soil bacteria) so now the crop fields are overworked to the point where there is very little nutrients left.   

So how do we know how much nutrients are in fresh vegetables and fruit? ..we don’t, and even during the times of the family farms where the land was rich in nutrients I doubt they contained all 60 minerals.  If you read on any website they specify 20 minerals or so are that are needed to sustain life but this is fiction. They never mention yttrium (Chaim Horovitz an Israeli scientist found a high affinity of yttrium for bone in areas of high osteoblastic activity, as well as Yttrium is shuttled to the intestinal tract where most of its action is as a probiotic) or Lutetium ( did you know that this mineral is found 12,362,937 times within the entire human DNA code), or Lanthanum ( this is found 36,356,923 times in the sequenced genome and its use is as a buffer to protect DNA damage and is part of electrical insulation for nerve fibers).
