If you’ve seen my videos on heart health, cholesterol, and blood pressure then you already know blood doesn’t clot in the arteries, it clumps in the arteries. If blood clotted in the arteries you would see everyone with “blood clotting” issues with black fingers and toes. It’s important to understand the mechanism of how arteries actually become narrow and this doesn’t happen from excess cholesterol. The most important factors that contribute atherosclerosis and the resulting embolism are Toxicity or Deficiency. Your body can be overloaded with toxins such as those from processed non-organic food, vaccinations, or medications. Your body can also be deficient in the essential nutrients that it requires for healthy blood and blood vessels. These two main factors cause the blood to be toxic which damages the arteries and through the body’s natural repair process, the arteries become narrower. This narrowing is what causes blood to clump together eventually result in either an embolism or a complete blockage of that particular blood vessel.

I also suggest juicing vegetables and blending fruits on a daily basis. Juicing and blending are fantastic because the soluble fiber in veggie juice can be absorbed directly into your bloodstream and bind to toxins which may be affecting the health of your body. Juicing/blending also pre-digests the food so the nutrients/minerals are more easily absorbed by your body. There are also enzymes and natural probiotics in the veggie juice/blended fruit that will radically improve your digestive system.
