What is Cataracts?

Cause

Most doctors will blame aging or genetics as the cause of cataracts, however there are so many factors to consider when it comes to your vision such as the nerve supply, blood supply, nutrient deficiency, and toxic exposure. There are several causes of cataracts that should be relatively easy to solve such as corticosteroid medications, excessive amounts of alcohol, and smoking. If you’re exposing your body to any of these then it’s time to make some drastic dietary and lifestyle changes.

Solution

Your best options would be a combination of dietary changes to get the nutrients you need to promote healing, chiropractic care to stimulate brain function, and vision correction exercises.

Let’s start with chiropractic. Not all chiropractors are the same, in fact, very few chiropractor (less than 10%) practice techniques for spinal correction.
