Gynecomastia is a disorder of the endocrine system which causes an increase in the size of male breast tissue. There are many underlying causes to address with this condition. First of all, we are constantly surrounded by endocrine disruptors and estrogen or estrogenic substances. Endocrine disruptors are any chemicals that can cause hormone imbalances and one of the biggest sources of endocrine disruptors are chemicals like BPA which are found in almost all plastic products. So the first step would be to eliminate all plastic bottles, containers and any other endocrine disruptors you might be exposed to. The best option would be to use glass bottles and glass storage containers for food. And estrogen is used in just about everything because it has a very stable structure designed for easy binding. The largest source of estrogen is pesticides which is used on all non-organic produce, so the first step to avoiding estrogen would be to only consume organic fruits and veggies.
